- Conditions of reservation: In order to proceed with the reservation a contract will be signed with the payment of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the rent. The payment can be made by bank transfer, check, or PayPal. The balance is to be paid 1 month before the beginning of the stay. Documents that will be requested: ID / Main residence address / Phone number / E-mail address. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than one month before your arrival, the total amount of your stay is due.
- Internal regulations
- Le logement est entièrement non-fumeur, Bien que nous aimons les animaux, ils ne sont pas acceptés. Les fêtes sont strictement interdites. Les arrivées tardives entre 20:00 et 22:00 seront factures 30€ payables à la remise des clés. Toute arrivée après 22:00 se fera sur demande uniquement et facturée 50€ et 70€ après 23:00. Merci pour votre compréhension. La remise des clés se fait sur rendez-vous. En cas de retard nous vous demandons de prévenir au moins 1 heure avant l’heure d’arrivée initialement prévue. Tout retard de plus de 30mn, non annoncé dans ce délais, nécessitera, un autre rendez-vous facturé 50€, payables à l'arrivée. Merci pour votre compréhension.
